Frequently Asked Questions
We breed many sizes and types of “oodles”, from F1, F1b, and F1bb labradoodles and goldendoodles to standard poodles.
Most of our litters are standard size (50-70 lbs), but we sometimes have smaller sizes.
Please contact us to find out what litters we have and are expecting at any given time.
We accept Paypal, cashier’s check, personal check, or money order.
Reserving a puppy from our next available litter is very popular, easy to do, and affordable!

You get to pick your puppy in the order reservations are made. We do all we can to make sure you get the puppy you’ve been waiting for!
Please note, deposits are non refundable.
Each litter (as well as our dams and sires) requires quality food, shelter, attention, and veterinary care to ensure that each puppy’s first 10 weeks (and sometimes beyond) are as healthy, stimulating, and comfortable as possible.
We figure this in to our pricing to ensure that we can continue to provide South Dakota Labradoodles to future loving families such as yours.
Note: the puppy price does NOT include shipping costs.
Puppies are ready for their new homes at 10 weeks old.
As we near that age with your litter, please contact us with dates and times that work for you and we will do our best to accommodate your availability.

If you cannot pick up your puppy in person, we’re happy to ship him/her to you via airplane cargo.
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and weight of the puppy, as well as the size of the crate.
Please discuss shipping needs with us well in advance so we can be as open and up-front as possible about all shipping costs and procedures.

About Us
Our philosophy here at South Dakota Labradoodles is simple: we want to provide you with your new best friend.
Our puppies make excellent companions, hunting dogs, service dogs, therapy dogs, and friends. We want them to become a part of your family, and we want you to become a part of ours.
Our puppies are cared for as if they were our own pets. We hug them and hold them, they are bathed and toweled off in our house, our cat shares meat scraps with them, they play with toys and chase their tails, and they follow us around during our daily chores.
As they mature, we work on house-training with them, but we prefer to leave the rest of the training up to you. They also receive standard veterinary care including routing checkups and vaccines.
Our Location
We are located just past the end of the Earth in Aberdeen, South Dakota. Here, animals outnumber people and everybody knows everybody.
We don’t need kennels; we have a cozy barn with straw bedding, a heat lamp, and ample space for puppies to safely explore.
We don’t have dog runs; we have acres of prairie filled with wonders like butterflies, wildflowers, and our vegetable patch.
Each of our litters enjoy the comforts of rural life.
We take pride in our simple, calm lifestyle and enjoy home-cooked meals, clear blue skies, and the view of farmland as far as the eye can see.
